Our vision
Digital public services for citizens — as well as the digitalization of the business environment — cannot be achieved without a deep understanding of both the legal and technology sectors and the connections between them. We have already gone through this journey. Our goal is to become the largest provider of LegalTech solutions in Europe, not only in the B2B segment, but also in B2G and G2B areas.

Meet our team
JUDr. Ondrej Matejka
Founder of Legal Tech Factory Europe
JUDr. Ondrej Matejka is the founder of Legal Tech Factory Europe, a partner at the law firm Matejka & Friedmannová, and the founder of the Legal Tech Hub platform focused on the development of LegalTech in Slovakia.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University, he specialized in commercial and civil law. He is the author of several professional publications and has become a reliable partner for associations, professional organizations, and more than 2,010 people in arbitration and collective disputes.
He is mainly focused on IT development of LegalTech solutions and the digitalization of legal services. His work is successfully applied in his own practice as well as in the development of digital products such as ORSR.HELP, which has become a benchmark for digital legal service delivery in real time — not only in Slovakia, but also in a broader European context.
Július Kürthy
Co-Founder & Tech Lead
Július Kürthy is a founder and partner at Legal Tech Factory Europe and also serves as the Tech Lead for application programming and consulting. He began developing applications during his studies at Nottingham Trent University.
He has more than 14 years of experience in IT and has gradually worked through roles in development, consulting, project management, and the management of complex projects. His experience includes local and global companies such as Japan Tobacco International, Volvo Car Corporation, EUROWAG, PPF, and HomeCredit.
His key experience was gained at Volkswagen Slovakia, where he secured the operation and support of one of the largest on-premise applications of the platform and DevOps applications running in the cloud. He is a strong supporter of agile development and one of the few technologists committed to blockchain and artificial intelligence. In addition, he is actively involved in the development and implementation of the ORSR.HELP project.
Mgr. Radovan Kovačík
Co-Founder & Law Lead
Mgr. Radovan Kovačík is a founder of Legal Tech Factory Europe, a partner at the law firm Matejka & Friedmannová, and a practicing attorney.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, he began working at the law firm Matejka & Friedmannová. He focuses primarily on civil, commercial, and labor law, with a specialization in residential property administration.
He has also co-authored a commentary on anti-discrimination law and other publications. Today, he is an attorney and a leader in the legal development of LegalTech applications at Legal Tech Factory Europe.
